Asian Food Festival Cuisine Awards Cooking Competition
Asian Restaurant Chefs will be preparing all manner of both traditional and creative cuisine for these awards, vying for the coveted Royal Selangor Asian Food Festival Cuisine Awards in categories of Chinese, Malaysian, Indian, Thai and Vietnamese. Finalists announced at the Awards Dinner.
Asian Food Festival Yum Cha Awards Cooking Competition
Asian Restaurant Chefs will be preparing all manner of both traditional and creative Yum Cha cuisine for these awards, vying for the coveted Powerdirect Yum Cha Cooking Awards in categories of savoury and sweet tiny delights. Finalists will be announced at the Awards Dinner.
Creative/Mystery Asian Cooking Competition
Asian Restaurant Chefs will be provided with a specific ingredient to prepare a dish in the Asian flavour of their Restaurant cuisine, with a full kitchen supply of various sauces and other ingredients. The dishes will be judged based on creativity, taste and presentation. Finalists will be announced at the Awards Dinner.
